Experience

Avital brings to Intellectual Property practice almost two decades of experience in commercial and business development in the Chemical and Fine Chemical Industries. Prior positions include Director of Commercial Development (Fine Chemicals Division) and Director of Business Development (Corporate) at Bromine Compounds Ltd (Israeli Chemicals Ltd). In the Intellectual Property field, Avital has experience of over 10 years, including working in patent attorneys firms and as an in-house patent attorney and Intellectual Property consultant in the pharmaceutical and agricultural industries. Avital has broad experience ranging from patent drafting and prosecution, working with associates abroad and managing examination of patent applications in Israel, Europe, USA, Japan and other countries, strategic consulting, management of Intellectual Property portfolios, due diligence and provision of opinions on patentability and freedom to operate.
