Experience:
Dan has been focusing his entire career (since 1998) on intellectual property counseling and litigation. Dan has significant experience in representing some of the world's largest companies in complex litigation relating to IP rights (in both patent, trademark and copyright matters), in handling proceedings before the Patent & Trademark Office, in managing large local trademark portfolios of famous brands, and in enforcement of IP rights. Dan has led many IP cases to successful resolution, and obtained some of the most important and precedential decisions in IP matters in recent years. Dan has been consistently ranked by leading research companies (such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, etc.) as one of the leading IP lawyers in Israel, describing Dan as "'exceptional litigator: precise, quick, thorough, sharp’, and ‘very good, very knowledgeable and very thorough’". Dan is also an active member in international IP organizations and committees, a frequent lecturer on IP rights, and a co-author of the comprehensive text book "Intellectual Property Law and Practice in Israel" by Oxford University Press. Additionally, Dan is a member of the Examiners' Board for certifying new patent attorneys.
